They are the nicest Violin shop i came across. They have a good variety of violins. I like their customer service. The store owner is polite, humble and work dilgiently with your needs. Also monthly rental system is good if you are a beginner.

I recently purchased a viola that had been very poorly retouched with varnish. I liked the viola very much, yet it needed restoration.
Gainesville Violins had been recommended for the extensive work that would need to be accomplished.
I brought my viola to Paul and I have to say that I am very very happy with the results!!!

"My wife Sharon and I went by Gainesville Violin yesterday to look into options for a replacement Cello for me. Paul of Paul and Adrianna Tousignant was there to help me. First I want to thank Paul for all the time and patience he took in helping a silly old man that likes to ramble on. Excellent customer service and excellent patience and consideration. He listened carefully to my thoughts on the subject and offered excellent advice. "Picked up my Cello yesterday. Had some repair work done (closing a couple open seams) and taming an annoying wolf.
The cello sounds better today than it has ever sounded, an excellent repair and setup!
