Fritz Kreisler

Fritz Kreisler, our most popular model for all size instruments. This full size outfit costs $800, or $25 per month for rental. Featuring highly figured maple, full bodied tone, Thomastik Strings, a fully lined Pernambuco bow, and foam case.
Colorful, bold overtones, and well balanced. An intermediate student level instrument for someone looking to explore their own sound.

The Fritz Kreisler X is a more advanced version of the Fritz models. It features a hand graduated top, choice spruce and aged maple. as well as Dominant strings. The outfit includes a step up carbon graphite bow and foam case.

This Adriana Rossi features highly figured European Quilted Maple. Made for the Krutz workshop in Kansas with the final setup done in house. Vision strings.

Antonio Vivaldi

The Antonio Vivaldi is our beginner violin with a setup that far exceeds the ability of the average starter instrument. High quality Despiau Bidge custom cut for each instrument, a custom fitted soundpost, and Thomastik Alphayue strings of better. Each instrument is expertly prepared to work with the student, not against them. The bridge and nut are filed to not cut the string, the pegs are treated to smoothly turn, built in fine tuners for weight reduction, and the string and nut height are corrected so it doesn't hurt to press the strings down.
The Antonio Vivaldi has a crisp, responsive, and bold tone that rings evenly and is comfortable to play. The ideal beginner violin to help a student sound less scratchy.

1699 Strad Copy. A fine copy of his early work featuring Strad's signature long and slender F holes. A wonderful oil varnish gives this instrument such depth. Dominant strings.

Jean Baptiste Vuillaume 'a Paris

A better instrument can hardly be found in our shop. This French made Vuillaume copy is a singing angel. Boasting very tight grain spruce on the top with wonderfully long and wide F holes. A stunning two piece back with the sharpest corners and most elegant arching. Up to the scroll we find a charming upward slant on the curl and extremely sharp lines. The scroll did break in the past and has received a double cheek replacement to make for a solid repair. Set up with a French Aubert De Luxe bridge, rosewood fittings, and Peter Infeld PI strings.

Typical to French violins, this one sings with a very light sweet yet forceful tone, without being overly aggressive, unless you ask for it. This Vuillaume copy is extremely resonate, charming yet demanding, requiring finesse to extract peak performance. An ideal chamber music instrument for the performing artist. Very consistent and responsive.
